Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences

In the framework of the German Excellence Initiative (supported by the Wissenschaftsrat and the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG) the LMU Munich has founded a new Graduate School of Systematic Neurosciences (GSN-LMU).

The training concept of the school is - among other things - designed to offer:

  • comprehensive state-of-the-art scientific training regarding topics and methods - exceptionally broad scope of the Munich neuroscience research spectrum for neuroscience-related projects and theses (MSc, PhD)
  • various options for lab rotations within the Munich Graduate Program, with collaborating institutions at the LMU, Technische Universität München, Max-Planck-Institute, GSF, DLR, etc. and their international research partners.
